Group Cossette Communication is located in Quebec city, but also in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Halifax, New York, Los Angeles, Irvine, London, Moscow and Shanghai. They employed approximately 1 650 persons.

For the mission statement, we can that they did include the notion of creativity as well as the winning situation for both parties (success of their clients which will bring them success as well). In fact, it is the basic idea of BtoB.
